Nordic Ware is a family owned American manufacturer of quality consumer products since 1946. The cast aluminum construction means that the bottom and sides are all of uniform thickness and the entire pan reaches the same uniform baking temperature, this also ensures that warping and twisting is non-existant. Sharp and well defined features are introduced into the pan design giving very detailed cakes, a feature only possible with cast aluminum.
